Since Shanghai FTZ has opened, the expectations from all parties have never faded. Generally, the FTZ plans pursued under controllable risks and thereof, its breakthrough is quite limited. Anbound's think tank scholar considers the FTZ as a progressive reform measure which will achieve few exciting breakthrough at the initial stage. It is better for all of the parties in the market to lower down their expectations toward it and respond to any reform measures with pragmatic outlook.
