By October 28, a total of 1,548 listed companies had released their respective first three quarter reports. During the period, these companies have achieved a net profit of RMB512.02 billion, a 14.14% increase on a year-on year basis. This shows that industrial affluence is rising. However, the monetary resources have maintained last year's level and inventories increases have surpassed the main businesses. Under this circumstance, if other conditions including foreign investment are unchanged, the enterprises’ funds would mainly be used to fill in the inventories.
