The Canton Fair has become the "barometer" for China's foreign trade conditions. However, the number of orders produced by this year’s Canton Fair might not live up to the expectation, a worrying development for enterprises involved in external trade. As the recovery of the US and the European economies is not stable, more volatilities to China’s export are still expected in the coming months. What’s more, factors as the RMB appreciation, economic restructuring as well as fiscal tightening, are affecting the performances of foreign trade enterprises. Hence, China’s export might continue to deteriorate in the coming months.
