Both the global trade volatilities and China's adverse economic factors are demanding timely and proper treatments. Shanghai FTZ(Free Trade Zone)allows more room for the expansion of services industry and is expected to establish international standards in China,eventually putting in motion China’s overall economic upgrading and transformation. Hence, the Shanghai FTZ and the Sino-ASEAN FTZ will become the two "pillars" for China’s further opening up and adaption to the new global trade pattern.
