Singapore Will Promote Chinese Private Companies to Be Listed
ANBOUND
Recently, the Singaporean government stated that in the new round of China-Singapore financial cooperation it would actively promote Chinese private companies to be listed in Singapore. It is said that relevant policies are underway and the final purpose is to increase Singapore stock market's appeal to H-shares. For this, the Chinese supervision organization lowered the requirement of "456" in 2012, which is a good news to Singapore. But it might not be so exciting to Hong Kong.
