A few days ago, President Xi Jinping said that issues surrounding comprehensive reforms will be discussed during the Third Plenary Session of the CCP's Eighteenth Central Committee.By far, the plenary session is the institution that seeks to offer an overall plan for the country’s reform. The meeting will uphold the principles of further opening the mind, promoting production capacity and encouraging social innovation. President Xi’s remark further concurred that there is a need to lift up to the market’s expectation for China to embark on a significant reform through the meeting.
