"Small Banks" All Want to Be ''Big Banks" Will Bring Risks

In the view of ANBOUND,
"small banks ( refer to joint-stock banks or urban commercial banks having small scale assets )" and "big banks ( refer to state-owned banks )" are two different systems,
each with different and relatively fixed market positioning. "Small banks" and
"big banks" are interdependent, and forms a stable market system. China
allows the establishment of small banks in terms of policies. However, the
reforms have only taken the first step. They have not continued and have not
gone in the direction of the market system. This has led many "small
banks" to start thinking of becoming "big banks" by any means.
As a result, "small banks" have become the source of financial risks.
This is a terrible development path.
