The military-civilian integration in China has just begun; and it is a systemic revolution. Objectively speaking, there are still many things yet to be done in this systematic revolution. The 2018 National Defense Strategy of the United States explicitly put forward the concept of joint forces. The joint forces included the integration of systems from military manufacturers to service industries and research institutions. China's military and civilian integration will take at least another 20 years and its prospects are very broad.
