The reform of administrative approval system is an important part of reform in administrative system. The State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform (SCOPSR) has identified four main tasks of administrative approval system reform namely verification, cancel decentralization, optimization as well as a strictly control over new increases. Anbound believes that the administrative approval reform will be the main approach in shaping a new government and upgrading China's economic.
