China's February exports increased by 36.2%, imports decreased by 0.2%

The statistics of China's General Administration of Customs show that in February, in terms of RMB, China’s exports unexpectedly increased by 36.2% compares with the same period of the previous year, with the preview value being 6%. On the other hand, imports fell 0.2%, but are expected to increase by 1.2%, with the preview value increasing by 30.2%. China’s exports have soared; while the United States, which intends to launch a trade war, has contracted its exports and expanded its trade deficit. According to statistics recently released by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in January this year, the U.S. trade deficit in goods and services rose for the fifth consecutive month and reached a record high of US$ 56.6 billion since October 2008.
