China's crude oil futures kicking off
ANBOUND
On March 6, Jiang Yang, vice chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), said in the two sessions of NPC and CPPCC that it the healthy development of the futures and derivatives markets will be guided, and crude oil futures will be steadily launched. He disclosed that China's crude oil futures will be priced in renminbi, but the US dollar can be used as a margin, which takes into account the needs of both international and domestic investors. It should be pointed out that China's crude oil futures market has just kicked off, and it is estimated that within a short period of time, it cannot do without the US dollar margin.
