China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the exchanges are seizing to provide conditions for the new economy "unicorn enterprises" to get listed in China; the "Unicorn enterprises" are expected return to A shares soon. According to the latest media reports, the first list of shortlisted CDRs has been released. There are eight companies in total, including BAT, JD.com, Ctrip, Weibo, NetEase and Hong Kong-listed Sunny Optical. At present, most companies returned to A shares would first be delisted in the United States, and then lining up for IPO or backdoor listing.
