The Third Plenary Session of 18th CPCCC is drawing near and the society is paying great attention to the SOEs reform. Recently, internal source revealed that the detail of SOEs reform may not be addressed in the Third Plenary Session of18th CPC Central Committee. Basically, all of the other reforms will contribute to SOEs reform. One feasible way for SOEs reform is to reform the entire market instead of merely the SOEs.
