National Integrated Circuit Fund faces risks of becoming financial investor

Last year, National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund of China invested more than 10 listed companies in A shares. However, the top technology shares that continued to fall in late November last year continued to plummet, making the Fund currently suffer losses of about 16.3% and floating losses of RMB 460 million; its China Wafer Level CSP's shares agreement transfer worth RMB 680 million also experience floating losses of about 15.3%. As a strategic investment fund supporting the development of the semiconductor industry, the Fund invests in the A-share market, making it facing the risks of becoming financial investor.
