The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China stressed that it will study and formulate work programs and hydrogen refuelling station construction plans to promote the development, promotion and application of fuel cell vehicle industry, further clarifying the national strategic direction and giving policy expectations for the stable development of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry. The support given to the energy companies and vehicle companies will increase their investment in hydrogen energy supply, fuel cell vehicles and other areas to drive the development of the entire industrial chain. This means that the interest in fuel cells and hydrogen batteries in China is increasing.
