Recently, 13 provinces in China, the target of local economic growth has been lowered, and government documents have emphasized the need for high-quality development. Anbound believes that the pace of change and development cannot be done arbitrarily; the conversion process undoubtedly takes time. The key is that low GDP growth does not necessarily mean high quality development. The de-focusing of GDP indicators around China should be encouraged. The previous development model will not work and the localities need to find new and effective growth points.
