China's poverty alleviation should pay attention to the following issues: (1) The problem of urban poverty is gradually emerging. In the past, rural-based model and experience of poverty alleviation were not suitable for urban poverty alleviation. (2) There is still a large number of people regressing to poverty. Ultimately, to get out of poverty, the poor must be brought into a sustainable "profit-making" model. (3) The results of poverty alleviation are reflected in the economy. However, long-term poverty alleviation requires education, employment, entrepreneurship, markets, technology and services.
