ANBOUND

Liu He, director of the Office of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs, said at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos on the 24th that China will launch new measures at its 40th anniversary of the reform and opening-up. China is ready to expand its opening-up in a number of manufacturing industries, including some areas of the service industry. China's opening-up will be focusing on the financial industry, manufacturing and service industries, and protection of property rights, especially in the intellectual property. China will orderly reduce the import tariffs on automobiles. The new reform and opening-up measures will be greater or exceed the international community's expectations.
