The Ministry of Finance of China announced that at the end of December 2017, the national balance of local government debt stood at RMB 1.64706 trillion, within the limits approved by the National People's Congress NPC. Among them, the general debt accounted for RMB 10.3322 billion, special debt RMB 6,138 million; government bonds RMB 147.448 billion, and government debt in the form of non-government bonds RMB 17258 million. Among them, the balance of local government debt, non-government bonds in the form of government debt have decreased at the end of November.
