Considering the latest talks on the new round of rural development program proposed by President Xi Jinping, Anbound's research team reveals that rural-to-city migration is not the only means in solving rural economic challenge and the three rural issues (agriculture, rural development and farmers). More development models can be used for reference if they meet the conditions of preserving Chinese farmers’ land rights and interests and guaranteeing farmers’ land revenues. These in turn, could promote interests among farmers in the development of the agriculture sector.
