China Railway Corporation recently revealed the intention of reform. In 2017, chief executives of the China Railway Corporation met with the three tech tycoons Jack Ma, Ma Huateng and Liu Qiangdong respectively. China Railway Corporation said it is exploring ways to promote the capitalization, equity and securitization of quality assets and welcomes the active participation of internet giants. Although the internet giants have poured hundreds of billions RMB at the time of China's ownership mixed reform, the main purpose of the internet giant's involvement in the transformation of state-owned enterprises was not commercial. In its political sense, this could further enhance its systemic importance.
