With the expectations on China's reform running high for the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, Anbound's senior researcher He Jun stressed that there is a limit to the reform. There are several possibilities to judge it: whether the reform would negatively affect the existing system; whether it would drive the interest group's opposition; and whether the economic reform would extend into the political and social circles, and generate chain reactions in the final course. From a practical point of view, current system could not be significantly changed while the expectation on reform should be rationally lowered down.
