Facing the recent domestic and international changes, especially the policy competition triggered by the United States tax reform, the development situation China faces after the 1 9th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is extremely complicated and under great pressure for development. China needs to find feasible strategic solutions, one that is not merely acts as temporary fix. Anbound suggests that in the next three to five years China's increase of more than 30 trillion in debt scale will not necessarily be optimal but may be the most viable move to get China out of a potential economic dilemma.
