Yesterday, China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released the Note on Implementing the Special Industrialization of Mobile Network and TD-LTE in 2013. With the announcement, the next phase of developing TD-LTE has officially started. It is worth noting that the Note encourages multiple enterprises as well as upstream and downstream firms to launch joint projects, with no more than three projects if the application is made by same initiator. Also, the Note drives leading companies to integrate multiple projects for application.
