On the negative list of Shanghai FTZ,the industries of 18 industry segments, 89 large categories, 419 medium categories as well as 1,069 small categories have different levels of restriction on foreign investment. And there are 190 management measures in total and the opening up is not as expected. Generally, the Shanghai FTZ is not as 'free' as expected. Thus, the market should lower its expectation.
