Rationally, China has indeed being benefited since its accession to the WTO. However, as the situation changes, the world's demands on China are also changing. The era of a single party being benefited has gone forever. When China has reached a certain level, it should allow others to be benefited as well. For example, in expanding its openness and exporting surplus capital, this is for China to repay the international market for the benefits it received in the past, and also the international market's acknowledgement on China’s position and influence, therefore this is of great significance.
