China's early childhood education cannot be "hypermarketized"

Child abuse incidents in China have become a concern of the country; in this regard Anbound suggests that China's early childhood education cannot be "hypermarketized". While encouraging social forces to set up kindergartens, the government cannot allow capital to dominate this domain. Taking into account the special nature of early childhood education, the government should set up independent law enforcement agencies such as Child Protection Bureau, while imposing heavy penalties on illegal businesses and their participants and provide huge compensation.
