Land reform should prioritize stability and sustainability
ANBOUND

The tremendous change in Zimbabwe has been linked to radical land reform. Anbound's chief researcher Chan Kung believes that land policy should prioritize stability and sustainability. Land policy is best not to be changed arbitrarily. It would be dangerous if the land policy change is without the coordination of the policy environment and only concentrating on the land productivity from academic perspectives. It is advisable that China's land reform should start with the peripheries, then deepens the land reform when the environmental conditions are ripe, otherwise it will easily shake the foundation of China.
