Given the current economic situation in China, some fundamental questions require considerations: Is foreign capital important to China? Is China strong enough to ignore foreign investment at all? Can China solve its development problem through the "self-cycle" of economy? There is diminishing space for vagueness on these very crucial global issues; China need practical strategic solutions, not just expedient policies.
