Entrepreneurs more pessimistic than macroeconomic statistics
ANBOUND
In the first half of this year, China's GDP growth rate was 6.9%. In the third quarter, the GDP growth rate retreated to 6.8%. In the first three quarters, the GDP growth rate remained at 6.9%, exceeding the expectations of major institutions for China's economic growth last year. Based on this evaluation, businesses should feel more optimistic about China's macro-economy this year, yet a survey on entrepreneurs shows that it is actually "lukewarm". Seen in this light, there are differences in the micro-perceptions of China's macro-economy and entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs feel more pessimistic than the macroeconomic statistics.
