According to a document issued by China's National Development and Reform Commission on the systematic planning and full implementation of price reform for the next three years, the focus will be on the seven areas of monopolized industries, public utilities and public services, environmental protection, agriculture, charges paid by enterprises, market price regulation, and livelihood security; this will give full play to the market to determine the price effect. According to the plan, by 2020 the pricing mechanism decided by the market in our country will be basically improved, while the government pricing system centering on "allowable cost + reasonable profit" will be fundamentally established.
