During the recent press conference by CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission), the official in charge has verified that the IPO will be restarted. According to CSRC, the restart of IPO must be combined with the reform in institutional mechanism to promote market participation. It is worth noting that, compared to the previous vague responds towards this issue, CSRC's new stand seems to indicate that the IPO will be restarted soon.
