Risks in China's financial market
ANBOUND
Zhou Xiaochuan, the Governor of the People's Bank of China, recently warned of the risks in China's financial markets. The first risk is that some financial companies engage in insider dealing and related party transactions; the second is Ponzi schemes disguise as Internet finance; the third is the over-proliferation of various kinds of financial and semi-financial transaction institutions; the fourth is chaos in financial management. These are exactly the areas where the risks are accumulated during the rapid rise of China's financial industry in the past five years. According to Zhou Xiaochuan, these are the four aspects where State Council Financial Stability and Development Committee will concentrate on in the future.
