Central banks worldwide still unwilling to withdraw from loose policy
ANBOUND

In October 31, the Bank of Japan held a quarterly meeting, and has decided to maintain the interest rates as -0.1%, while reducing the inflation expectation. Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda said that Japan will continue to force easing measures to maintain the scale debt purchase in November unchanged. The Bank of Japan said, "Tightening the policy now to deal with future risks is nonsense". This position shows that in the era of excess capital and the spread of bubbles, no central bank is willing to take the initiative to withdraw from the loose policy and take the initiative to tighten the policy.
