Recently, the General Office of the Communist Party of China has issued the "Pilot Program on the Countrywide National Supervision System Reform" to deploy for the countrywide deepening national supervision system reform's experiment and practice, and to complete the provincial, city and county level supervisory committee formation work, as well as to achieve full coverage supervision on public officials who exercise public power. It is necessary to have a three-level supervision committee at the provincial, city and county People's Congresses held early next year to make close connection with the reform and the local People's Congress works.
