Stagnation of wage increase not conducive to economic growth
ANBOUND

It is common that wages around the world have stopped going up. This year, Japanese workers' salary growth has been almost negligible. In the United States, the average hourly wage in August increased by only 3 cents. If inflation is taken into account, the median salary of US workers is only 5.7% higher than it was a decade ago. As wages stop increasing, the middle-class is affected; ordinary families are unable to increase the spending, which will bound to affect the consumption, and this will not be conducive to economic growth.
