The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentions the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the modernization of agricultural and rural areas. Anbound believes that to achieve this goal, China should not only execute it through the slow accumulation of agricultural development, but also should be done through the introduction of capital leverage to leveraging the development of rural areas by leaps and bounds. Some surrounding areas of large and medium-sized cities should open-up the rural land market, allowing homestead land having the right of land transactions, so that farmers get land property income, which should be the important starting point for future development of agriculture and rural areas of China.
