This means that after fulfilling the daily necessities, the need of China's more than one billion people has been transformed into two levels: First, the upgrade of the material and cultural life requirements, that is China's transition to consumer society needs changes; Second, the growth of the requirements of "democracy, the rule of law, justice, security, the environment" and other aspects.
