Chen Wenhui, the Vice Chairman of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission stressed that there will be no "prerogative companies" appearing again in the insurance company. The regulatory issues in insurance industry also occur in the bond market and the banking industry, due to the confusion of their boundaries and roles. The regulatory body becomes the main pusher of market development creating a range of comprehensive conflict of interests.
