THAAD did not impact Korea's exports

The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) incident has impacted the political and economic relations between China and South Korea. However, the latest data show that in the first 7 months this year, the exports of South Korea have reached US$328 billion, an increase of 16.3% compares with last year, being the top of the world's top ten exporting countries. Other countries with growth in exports include China (8.3%), the United States (6.6%), Germany (4.3%), Japan (8.2%), the Netherlands (11.0%) and others. In the first half of this year, South Korea's exports to China increased by 47.5%, unaffected by the political and economic situations.
