The Cyberspace Administration of China has issued a set of regulations aiming at internet public user accounts and ground information service management. Information providers of internet public user accounts should carry the responsibility of managing content safety. The organizers and managers of internet groups should bear the responsibility of group management according to laws and regulations, user agreements and platform contracts. The group internet behavior and publication of information should also be standardized.
