Anbound believes land system reform crucial for rural village issues
ANBOUND
The development of Chinese rural villages and urbanization has been severely diverged. Beside the common-known definition of the urban-rural gap, the rural villages also suffered a large size of abandonment and urban decay. This has become a stinging phenomenon and shortcoming in China's effort to create a well-off society. From Anbound's perspective, land system reform is the surmounting point to solve the long-term development insufficiency in Chinese rural villages; the commercialization of house-site reform, in particular can be the starting point of the reform.
