There are two types of civil-military integration, namely "military-to-civilian" and “civilian-to-military”. The former refers to utilizing the fruits of military technology for civilian use, while the latter is encouraging private and state-owned enterprises to participate in the development and production of military products in order to improve the degree of marketization of military procurement. The aim of civil-military integration is to develop into utilizing the capital to push for the integration, using correct ideology to guide the practical work, and expand the military market finance through the integration.
