Huawei and Tencent have continuously having dispute over the right of data usage of smart phone users. Tencent has lodged a complaint against Huawei to the authority, believing the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will solve the dispute with its power. The Ministry refuses and suggests both parties to resolve the conflict bilaterally. In fact, the dispute is actually about the usage and right of data, which is also the foundation of Artificial Intelligence and its monopoly status in the near future. Given the importance of mega-data, the hegemons of I.T industry covet every data from the consumer end; the monopoly of data will become a major problem.
