According to the Operational Report of China Regional Finance (2017) published by the Central Bank of China, Internet Finance has not changed the perilous nature of the financial industry; on the contrary it might cause the risk evolve into a more subtle, contagious and externalized form. For the first time, the Central Bank indicated that certain internet finance products have become importantly systematic influential; there is the need to take precaution on the periodic upturn fluctuation and the effect of Intermarket spillover; at the same time there should be attempt to include internet finance commerce of larger scale and of systematic importance into a macro framework with prudent management.
