China's intergenerational problem
ANBOUND
At present, China's enterprises and society have gradually begun to reach the level of inter-generation shift, which has formed huge social pressure to the point where it is difficult to ignore. People often use the term "rebellious" to describe China's youth generation, but if one studies the “rebellious” Chinese youths from different interests and perspectives, they enjoy material achievements but without thoughts of their own, and there are mere appendage of China's high growth era. They enjoy the fruits of the era without their own creative output, and are unwilling to reflect through actions. Therefore, China's intergenerational problem is that Chinese young people are not rebellious enough; instead they assume the responsibility of social development's "obedient kids".
