Seven risks of development of characteristic towns
ANBOUND

The development of characteristic towns often sees the local governments being anxious to achieve the goals, Anbound's Chief Researcher Chan Kung pointed out that several risks need to be taken account of. First is the town’s economic and the industrial life cycle; second is the investment and operational risk of the town’s industry, the third is development without unique characteristics, the fourth is balancing the contradiction between the urban and the rural areas, the fifth is the influence of the aging population, the sixth is the balancing of reverse-urbanization town constructions and urban construction, the seventh is who should be depended for the development of characteristic towns.
