At the meeting of Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening on July 19, Chairman Xi Jinping stressed that all regions should push forward the reform from to serve the Party and the Nation; the local reform should be planned by adhering to the overall situation and pushed forward under the general trend, and achieve major accomplishment. In the implementation of the program, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the reform should be based on the achievements and the practical problems solved. Cadre assessment and promotion should emphasize on increasing reform and innovation; a sound reform and error correction mechanism should also be established to correct errors in the reform, though reform must be conducted.
