Although a lot of private capitals are worried to participate in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) mixed reform in China, with the SOE mixed reform keeps launching, private capitals are also gradually involved. In the Chinese market, SOE mixed reform is the need of the country, and the participation of private enterprises are related to both politics and economy. To ensure the success of the reform, in particular there is the need for government and SOE to be determined to show the sincerity by providing the right environment from the political, legal, institutional and market-oriented aspects to increase the possibility of successful mixed-reform.
