China needs to reformulate strategy to cope with complicated aging problem

The World Economic Forum's research shows that life expectancy in 1997 has reached 100 years old; this means that the average retirement time will be up to 40 years, mankind will face extremely complicated aging problem, which would pose a huge challenge. By 2050, China's pension gap will rise to US$ 119 trillion. To cope with the complicated aging problem, China needs to attach great importance from the strategic, population growth, migration, immigration and nationality policy, labor and retirement policy, pension system reform, pension system, aging industry, and medical system aspects to launch a series of reforms and resource preparation. Else, this would become slow down China's development and reduce the happiness of the Chinese people.
